          Comseven was established on November 1, 1996. The company started with a single retail shop in Pantip Plaza, which was the leading IT Mall at the time, with only 5 staff. Within 12 years of business, the company has grown into Thailand’s leading importer, distributor and retailer of computer and IT-related products. It currently has a staff of 1200 people.

Business Portfolio

          Com7 International’s business is in the import, distribution and retail of computer and IT related products.

          The product ranges include computer sets, notebooks and computer components such as CPU, hard disk, main board, monitor, RAM, VGA card, network and accessories.   

          The total sales revenue for the group was 4.5 Billion Baht in 2008, which grew at a rate of 10% from the past year.

          The company is an authorized distributor and also sole distributor for many leading brands in the industry.  Its sales revenue in 2008 amounted to 1.5 Billion Baht, which grew 3% from the past year.

Super Swap

          We offer an instant exchange of product under warranty, so the customer does not have to wait for the product to be serviced or repaired.  They receive a new product immediately, in place of the defective item.

First Aid

          To avoid interruption to the client’s business, we offer the same product for use during the duration of service repair.

Test Drive

          In the event that the same item is not available, we offer to replace the product with a higher model while the defective item is being serviced.

Free Delivery

          Once the item has been serviced, we offer free delivery of the product to their door step.

100 Shops

          With more than 100 shops throughout Thailand, customers can receive our standard after sales service conveniently.

7 Days Guarantee

Systems and Logistics

          Speed and accuracy is crucial in delivering the right products at the right time to the dealers and retail stores.  With a combination of our barcode system, intelligent logistic software, serial number tracking status, GPS delivery truck tracking system, we are able to guarantee next day delivery to any destination within the country.

Barcode and Serial Number Tracking

          Customers can track their claims, and repaired goods. Customers are offered a replacement product for free of use, if the claim or repair takes longer than 2 days.

Intelligent logistic software

          Enables us to transfer products from store to store, or store to dealer without relying on the distribution center. Save transportation cost and time, and also lowers inventory storage.

GPS truck tracking system

          25 trucks transporting products to customers each day.

          Customers can locate their order at any instant, to find out the status of their shipment, giving them a sense of security and comfort.

          Understanding that information is critical in the management of our business, we have developed our own software program to fit our needs.  This software which is known as ITEC was developed and implemented in the company in 2003, with great success.  It effectively helps us in the management of the following areas:

Inventory Management, Information and Reporting Systems

          One of the key to success in this extremely fast paced business is inventory management and cost control. IT products are now categorized as perishable goods, and require hi-speed and accurate management techniques. 

Real-time management and control

          Intelligent software and effective systems make it simple for staff at every level to understand and follow procedures.

Internal Auditing

          Internal auditing and frequent inventory checks make up for human error. The average inventory for all our products is currently 24 days.  The goal for this year is 20 days.

Our internal software

          is now used by more than 100 retailers in the country, and has received tremendous positive feedback.  We continue to develop and upgrade our software constantly with the aim of making our management even more efficient and effective.
